Our pressed wheel rims for small agricultural or industrial equipment range from 3 inches to 16 inches. Bolted and welded configuration, also available with special features such as special hubs, axles and bearings.
Vlukon has produced for over 50 years pressed steel wheel rims for pneumatic wheels and solid rubber tyres and is one of the leading manufacturers of this type of wheel in Europe.

In the past 10 years, Vlukon has developed a wide range of rims and complete wheels from 4 up to 15,5 inches diameter. The development of new products is a continuing process of our technical department in cooperation with our customers.

We have recently extended our range with rolled rims up to 15-inches diameter for heavy-duty agriculture and horticulture application. These rims can be produced with a wide range of offsets as required.
Vlukon has a wide range of tyres, European and Far Eastern, which can be supplied from stock to rims fitted, in our assembly department.

1946
Winandus Vluggen establishes the Dutch factory of machines and appliances (NEVA) in Vaals
1969
Vlukon BV is established as a subsidiary company of the commercial enterprise Konijnenburg Ltd. The name 'Vlukon' is a junction of the first three letters of the two founders' surnames, combining the forces of the two families of Vluggen and Van Konijnenburg.
1975 / 1979
Introduction of robot systems: The production capacity is extended for the benefit of the export.

Just in Time (JIT) manufacturing concept introduced

Expansion of powder coating capacity / Optimization of the passivation quality.

Floris van Konijnenburg joins the management of Vlukon B.V.

Investment in CNC milling and turning machinery to boost the capacity of the in-house manufacturing of pressing and stamping toolings.
